Patrons under 18 years of age are not allowed to attend movies rated ‘A’ (Adults Only).
For 3D movies, ticket prices include charges towards the usage of 3D glasses.

Outside food and beverages are strictly prohibited inside the cinema premises.

Items like carry bags, eatables, helmets, laptops, cameras, knives, lighters, matchboxes, cigarettes, firearms, or any inflammable items are strictly prohibited.
Patrons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or any other intoxicants will be denied entry without a refund.

Lost or misplaced tickets will not be reissued.
Once a ticket is booked, it cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
All decisions taken by Chingfungly.com or the cinema management shall be final and binding.
Pre-booked food and beverages must be collected from the designated F&B counter.

Unauthorized recording (audio/video) inside the cinema hall is strictly prohibited and is a punishable offense.
